1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of lsksupplies.shop and to any order you place with LSK SUPPLIES LIMITED, a company registered in Scotland under number SC276903, with a registered address at Block 6, Unit 1, Oakbank Industrial Estate, Glasgow, Scotland, G20 7LU. By using this website you accept these terms.

2. Our products

We sell ordinary low-risk household utility supplies, such as labels, storage boxes, bins, organizers, cloths and pouches. Product sizes, materials and descriptions are provided as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Orders

When you submit an order through the checkout, you are making a request to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description — and will refund any payment already arranged for that order.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown separately in the basket.

Payment provider pending. Online card payment is not yet connected for this store. Submitting an order through the checkout sends an order request only; no money is taken at that point. We will confirm availability and the payment options for your order by email. We never request card details by email.

5. Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return unused items within 30 days as set out in our Returns Policy, and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

8. Our liability

We provide this website and our products with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Scotland.
