Refund Policy
How and when refunds are issued. Last updated 1 July 2026.
When you are entitled to a refund
- You return unused items within our 30-day returns window.
- An item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered.
- An order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.
How refunds are processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, or confirm a fault, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Payment provider pending. Online card payment is not yet connected for this store. Where an order was arranged by a method we confirmed with you by email, any refund will be returned by that same method. We never request or store card details by email.
What is refunded
- The price paid for the returned items.
- Original delivery charges are refunded where the whole order is returned because it was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the items are not refunded.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@lsksupplies.shop. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and arrange a full refund.
